Overview
Vinta implements a framework that is applied across the service domains. The framework is a solution that is based on three layers:
- People - the driving force behind all Vinta operations is the best and brightest of the Filipino work force, who are trained in two areas - expertise to which services they provide, and the delivery frameworks which is used to collaborate with clients.
- Technology - is built around applying open source technology using Java and the internet developer community for industry proven building blocks to create custom applications in the areas of portals, collaboration, and content management solutions.
- Process - is formulated using two factors, the experience working with the Philippine staffing base, and the experience in delivering solutions across location separated by time, space and culture.
The framework was established after years of experience with executing tasks between knowledge workers from the Philippines and different areas of the globe, mostly in the U.S. The focus is to create the best possible solution at both the technical and process aspects taking into consideration the culture and working environment of the Filipino people. The latter is the aspect many similar endeavors have overlook and ultimately caused competitors to fail.
