Vinta is a service company that provides organizations with both the human capital and collaborative tools (with complementing processes) to allow for remote resource augmentation. The company is focused on providing manpower (better termed mindpower) in the form of services. Services that are performed through the use of collaborative, highly effective tools tailored to increase the intellectual capital of an organization. All within a process leveraged from the experience in working within the different intellectual capital domains. This entire setup allows for remote, mostly cross country, delivery.

The first question the client has to answer is "What area of my business do I need help in developing":

1. Do we need to develop the base of assets that drive our business?
   
2. Do we need to increase the productivity of our organizations manpower?
   
3. Do we need better technology based tools to improve the way we do business?
   

Vinta addresses these concerns by focusing on three corresponding intellectual capital domains:

1. Assets : this classification refers to the digital assets that an organization uses to drive or do business in the digital age. These could be anything from multimedia files, to news articles.
2. People : this classification refers to the human resources that drive business within an organization. These could be anyone from the administrative assistant to the organization officers.
3. Tools : this classification refers to the technology based application that automate and facilitate processes of doing business within an organization. These could be websites that could provide customers with information or functions for the organization.

Within each asset domain there are specifics on how Vinta provides the service and these specifics form different offering defined as "service streams."
